Every custom ring we make begins the same way — by understanding the person it is for. There is no obligation to decide anything at the first meeting, and nothing is quoted until you have seen exactly what you are choosing.

We Listen First
We start with your story — her style, how you met, what she reaches for every day, and what matters most to you about this ring. Before we show you a single diamond, we want to understand the person it is being made for. Nothing is quoted at this stage and nothing is committed; it is simply a conversation with someone who has helped hundreds of couples design a ring they will wear for the rest of their lives.

Selection & Design
Now we compare loose stones side by side, from the largest selection of diamonds in Missouri — GIA-certified natural or IGI-certified lab-grown, whichever direction feels right for you. Once the diamond is chosen, we render the ring in 3D CAD so you can see and approve the exact setting, profile and proportions before anything is made. You sign off on the design you actually want, not an approximation of it.

Ring Creation
Our experts build the ring on site in our Columbia workshop, setting your chosen diamond into the design you approved. Every stone is checked, every prong is finished by hand, and the ring is inspected before it ever reaches you. When you collect it, it is exactly the ring you signed off on in CAD — made a few steps from where the whole conversation started.

Natural Diamonds
GIA certified
A natural diamond formed over billions of years, independently graded by the Gemological Institute of America — the most respected authority in the industry. GIA grading means the cut, color, clarity and carat weight on the certificate were assessed by a neutral third party, not by the seller, so you know exactly what you are buying. Couples who choose natural often value that provenance and the enduring nature of the stone — and every natural diamond we sell carries our lifetime Diamond Upgrade Privilege.
Lab-Grown Diamonds
IGI certified
A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically a real diamond — the same crystal, the same brilliance — grown in a controlled environment rather than mined. Ours are independently graded by the International Gemological Institute, so the same objective standards apply. Couples who choose lab-grown often want a larger stone or a particular color and clarity, with the reassurance of independent certification behind it. It is a diamond in every sense that matters, simply made a different way.

How We Source
Our advantage comes from how we source.
Most of the natural diamonds in our collection are not what you might expect. Our sister company, Diamond Banc, was founded by our owner Mills Menser in 2007, and each week its team purchases natural diamonds from the recycled, secondary market — stones that were bought, cherished and are now being sold again. Because of that relationship, our experts get first pick of dozens of GIA-certified natural diamonds every single week, before they are ever offered anywhere else.
This is where our advantage comes from. Buying from the secondary market lets us acquire diamonds at a meaningful price advantage, and we pass that directly on to you. Only the stones that meet our standards for cut, color and clarity ever enter the collection, which is why our inventory stays both extensive and constantly evolving — no two weeks look quite the same, and the selection is genuinely one of the largest in the state.
There is a quieter benefit, too. Every diamond sourced this way is given a second life, which reduces the reliance on newly mined stones. It is a more sustainable path that also happens to be a better value — and it is the reason we can offer the selection we do, at the standard we hold, without ever compromising on the certification behind every stone.

Buchroeders Assurance Program
An optional protection plan with an annual fee based on your ring's value. It is not automatically included with your purchase. When you enroll, there is zero deductible and no required annual inspections, and it covers loss, theft, mysterious disappearance and all repairs, with the single exception of ring soldering.
Financing

A recycled diamond is a natural diamond that was previously owned and is now being sold again, sourced through our sister company Diamond Banc from the secondary market. Choosing one gives an existing stone a second life and reduces reliance on newly mined diamonds, all while carrying the same independent GIA certification as any natural diamond we sell.
